Tell us what you did before image consultancy?
Before I have become an image consultant, I was a stay at home mum and I was bored out of my mind, especially by the daily routine. I am not a routine type of person and so I find image consultancy exciting because every day is different and there are many aspects of it that you have to manage.
What made you choose to become an image consultant? What drew you to it?
I always loved style but being short and curvy, I really struggled to find anything that would suit me. I became so frustrated that at some point I was wearing only black leggings with a black top on daily basis. I admired all the beautifully dressed women around me and decided that I needed a change. At first I contacted a local stylist, but I didn’t really learn anything. I decided to go deeper on style and that’s how I found Imogen and her amazing expertise. I decided to first take the 7 steps program and was so impressed that it inspired me to become an image consultant myself
What made you decide that it was time to do your training and take up this new career?
I wanted to help other women that struggled to get proper qualified help. I wanted to provide accurate and correct style information.
What are you passionate about?
Telling the world who you are through your clothing
Who do you most enjoy working with? How do you love to help them?
Women late 30, early 40 that want to dress more stylishly than their younger self and need to reevaluate their style to understand how it evolved.
How does having a good image help people in their lives?
Hugely! It increases their self confidence, it helps them learn about who they are, they show the world they value themselves.
How can you help people create a more impactful and relevant image for themselves?
By helping them understand who they are first and foremost. Based on that, they then know how to dress to show the world.
