Tell us what you did before image consultancy?
Before image consultancy, I recovered from nearly 10 years of chronic illness. Before that my main career was as a qualified nutritionist.
What made you choose to become an image consultant? What drew you to it?
I was initially drawn towards learning more about the art and science behind colour and style. I found it so interesting! After noticing the positive ways that it helped my confidence and authentic self expression, I chose to become an image consultant to help others do the same.
What made you decide that it was time to do your training and take up this new career?
Being well enough to work again was a start, then the privilege to choose and learn a new career that brought me joy.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about helping others find their sparkle again, and allow it to shine bright in the world.
Who do you most enjoy working with?
I most enjoy working with people who are ready for a fresh start in life. They’re wanting to step back out into the world, but not sure where to start. What we wear is a great place to begin as it tells the world who we are, and who we are becoming.
How do you love to help them?
I love to help them by showing which colours and styles harmonise not only with their current self, but also align with their personality, values, and lifestyle.
How does having a good image help people in their lives?
Having an outside image that aligns with who you are creates confidence and groundedness to support you in your day-to-day living, as well as supporting you in achieving your personal goals.
How can you help people create a more impactful and relevant image for themselves?
By listening, understanding, and sharing my knowledge in a way that is simple, clear, and customised to their individual self and life.
