Tell us what you did before image consultancy
Before becoming an image consultant, I worked as a primary school teacher. I’ve spent many years supporting children and families, helping individuals build confidence, self-belief, and a strong sense of identity.
What made you choose to become an image consultant? What drew you to it?
I’ve always been drawn to colour, style and the way appearance influences how we feel about ourselves. What truly pulled me into image consultancy was seeing how transformative colour can be — not just visually, but emotionally. I loved the idea of combining creativity with psychology and confidence-building in a practical, empowering way.
What made you decide that it was time to do your training and take up this new career?
There came a point where I wanted to channel my skills into something that allowed for deeper personal connection and creative expression. Image consultancy felt like a natural evolution of my teaching background – still helping people, but in a way that supports self-expression, confidence, and alignment at every stage of life.
What are you passionate about?
I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued and empowered. Colour is such a powerful, accessible tool to support that journey.
Who do you most enjoy working with? How do you love to help them?
I especially enjoy working with women who feel disconnected from their style or who have lost confidence due to life transitions such as motherhood, career changes, or burnout. I love helping them rediscover themselves through colour — simplifying choices, restoring confidence, and helping them feel like the best version of themselves again.
How does having a good image help people in their lives?
A strong, authentic image reduces decision fatigue, boosts confidence, and helps people show up more fully in their personal and professional lives. When your external image aligns with who you are inside, it creates ease, clarity and self-assurance.
How can you help people create a more impactful and relevant image for themselves?
Through personalised colour analysis and practical guidance, I help clients understand what truly works for them. Rather than following trends, I focus on relevance – helping people build wardrobes and personal styles that support their lifestyle, personality, and goals.
