A: Your username is your email address – scroll down the LOGIN page to the RESET PASSWORD field then enter your email address and click on FORGOT PASSWORD and you will be asked to reset your password (you will receive an email with the activation URL code to do this). Make sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folder for this email
Q: Once I’ve Purchased a Webinar How Can I Access it?
A: Once you have purchased a webinar you will be able to access it when you are logged into the website. A username and password will be emailed to you – please ensure you check your junk/spam/promotions folder for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The webinar will be available in the MY WEBINARS menu tab in the BLUE menu bar at the top of the page – this menu item only appears after you have logged in.
Click on the MY WEBINARS menu item and it will bring up a page with all your purchased webinars, you can then click on a webinar icon to watch that webinar.
Q: I’m a current Academy of Professional Image student – do I get access to the webinars free?
A: Yes! As a current student of the Academy of Professional Image, you have access to the complete webinar library for a period of 12 months from when you purchased your training program. This comes as a BONUS with your training program investment.
Q: If I purchase the full webinar library package, how long do I get to watch them?
A: The full webinar library bundle (over $950 value for only $170) gives you access to the complete webinar library (over 50 webinars) plus any new webinars recorded in the 12 months after you purchase.
This is an ANNUAL (12 month) investment and you can watch the webinars as many times as you like during this time.
Your 12 months starts upon purchase.
