Tell us what you did before image consultancy?
Before image consulting, I was in the recruitment and client solutions spaces for over 10 years in both London and Sydney. Most recently, I worked as an Account Director at a Digital agency where I managed a small portfolio of large corporate accounts. The role didn’t allow me the creative freedom or the independence of working for myself, which are things I always craved. Outside of work, I am an Artist and make and sell colourful gold-leaf abstract artwork. Discovering Colour Analysis and training in it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
What made you choose to become an image consultant? What drew you to it?
My mother is the person who got me into Colour Analysis – seeing her glow with confidence after ‘getting her colours done’ sparked my interest and inspired me. Being an Artist, I have always loved colour and so it wasn’t long before I became obsessed with it and got my own colours done, and, WOW. Why hadn’t I done this sooner?! I felt uplifted, empowered and even more inspired by colour than ever before. The transformational effect of colour analysis really got me thinking – this is something I’d really love to help other women with, too. Training to become a Colour Analyst felt like a natural progression for me.
What made you decide that it was time to do your training and take up this new career?
I was ready to take a leap of faith and say goodbye to the corporate world and hello to a career that felt more authentic and aligned to who I am. I haven’t looked back since.
What are you passionate about?
Colour, self-love and living authentically!
Who do you most enjoy working with? How do you love to help them?
I love helping women of all ages discover the power of colour analysis! I offer in-person colour analysis experiences for solo ladies or small groups of 2-3 women in my bright and feminine Byron Shire studio here in the Northern Rivers.
How does having a good image help people in their lives?
It helps with so much. From transforming your wardrobe and your confidence, to uniquely expressing yourself to the world in the colours that make you sparkle and enhance your inner beauty, the list is endless.
How can you help people create a more impactful and relevant image for themselves?
Through an in-depth and tailored Colour Analysis consultation, I help women discover the colours that enhance their natural beauty, giving them the confidence to stand out and uniquely express themselves. I believe that every woman has an inner glow – their soul and their authenticity – and the right colour palette has the power to reveal this light from within.
Anything else you’d like to tell us?
I can’t wait to continue helping more women to find their true colours! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and I look forward to connecting with you.
